Accessibility at BrandonLopez.net.

Our commitment
BrandonLopez.net is intended to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who navigate with a keyboard, use screen readers, enlarge text or choose to reduce motion.
The standard we are working toward
We aim to align this website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. WCAG provides a shared standard for making web content more perceivable, operable, understandable and robust.
This is a statement of intent and current practice, not a formal claim of full conformance. The site has not undergone a third-party accessibility certification audit.
Measures taken
- Semantic header, navigation, main-content and footer landmarks across the site.
- A skip link, logical keyboard order and visible focus indicators.
- A keyboard-accessible navigation menu on smaller screens.
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images and labels for interactive elements.
- Responsive layouts, readable text and interaction targets designed for touch as well as a mouse.
- Motion that stops when a visitor enables the reduced-motion preference on their device.
- Color combinations reviewed against WCAG contrast requirements.
How the site was reviewed
The current review combined source inspection, automated rendered-page checks and manual browser and keyboard testing. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, and no single review can guarantee that every barrier has been identified.
Known limitations
Some third-party and downloadable content may not yet provide the same level of accessibility as the main website:
- The contact form is embedded from Dubsado. Current testing found that some fields may not expose programmatic labels consistently to assistive technology. The form’s controls and validation behavior are managed by that provider, so an email alternative is provided before the embed.
- The media kit is provided as a tagged PDF. Complex PDF layouts can still be more difficult to use than an HTML page, so an alternative format can be requested.
These areas will be considered during future updates, and direct assistance is available in the meantime.
Report an accessibility barrier
